Family Membership Report:  (Heidi Fountain) There are currently 29 members, totaling $360.

Business Membership Report:  (Caroline Dolfi / Debbie Murray) We have $1,575 in business memberships so far.

Sweatshirt/T-Shirt Report:  (Laura Dombroski / Nancy Chattin) The order form was updated and we are working again with “Let’s Get Personal” as our vendor.  An incentive will be offered this year to try and get 100% team membership in the Booster Club.  The team rep who achieves 75% membership will be eligible

for a free t-shirt, and for 100%, the offer will be a sweatshirt or blanket.

Merchandise Report:  There are a lot of water bottles and carbiners left over from last year.  A suggestion was made to donate them to an upcoming team clinic at AHS.   There is 1 full box of umbrellas in the concession stand.

Athletic Director’s Report:  (Dave Goddard) With all the recent construction going on outside, Mr. Goddard cautioned everyone about the parking situation.

For some of the varsity games this fall, we are trying to use the portable PA system to announce starting lineups and introduce the National Anthem.

The Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) seminar has been rescheduled to the winter.  Mr. Goddard would like to invite 50 people to be good-sport advocates on the sidelines.  He asked for suggestions on how to choose these representatives and get participation.  Possibly 1 volunteer from each team?

Concession Report:  (Michelle D’Aleo) Volunteers are needed in the Concession during all the games being held out on the new turf fields.  Reminder: each team will receive $5/hr for every volunteer hour worked.  To solicit for new volunteers, notes will be sent to email addresses (from the membership forms).

A sign is needed to make people aware of the Indoor concession stand for volleyball and basketball.  Caroline will look into getting a proposal for a lobby sign.

A third person is needed to be on the Concession Committee with Michelle and Tracey.
