Coach Bellino is a 1990 graduate of Roosevelt High School in Yonkers, New York. While attending Roosevelt he played for Coach Tony DeMatteo as a fullback and inside linebacker.

Upon graduation he then attended Westchester Community College for two years.  Coach Bellino has been self-employed since he left college. He was an Assistant Coach at John Jay Cross River in Katonah for the last five years serving as their backs, receivers, defensive line, and special teams coach.  During his time there, JJCR won the AA North Conference four out of the five years and went to three sectional championships. During this time they compiled an overall record of 41-9.

Coach Bellino is happily married to Maria; they have a son, Frank Joseph, and a baby girl on the way, Sophia Antonietta, who is expected to arrive in June of 2007.
